Listen, girl. I get it. 

I used to love to solve my problems by thinking about them...WAY. TOO. MUCH. (I mean, how are you going to solve a problem without thinking, right?!)

I understand what it's like to be really stressed-out.

I've been there...hating my job and complaining about it constantly, juggling the demands of raising children, trying to manage a marriage. 

I've experienced that resentment that comes when you feel like you don't have control over anyone or anything in your life. 

I was a self-help junkie. I bought all the books. I signed up for programs. I joined the groups. I meditated my face off. 

All of it was great. 

It just didn't actually work. 

It didn't make a tangible difference in my life. 

Then someone told me about life coaching. I doubts about it, but I was out of ideas. I needed and wanted a better, more joyful life. 

So I hired a coach and everything changed.
